Features
1. The IS model is designed according to the performance and dimensions stipulated by the international standard ISO2858. It is mainly composed of a pump body, a pump cover, an impeller, a shaft, a seal ring, a sleeve and a suspension bearing.
2. The pump body and pump cover part of IS type are split from the back of the impeller, which is commonly referred to as the rear door opening structure. The advantage is that the maintenance is convenient. When the pump body is not moved during the maintenance, the suction pipeline, the discharge pipeline and the motor are removed, and the intermediate part of the lengthened coupling can be removed and the rotor part can be removed for maintenance.
3. The pump housing (ie pump body and pump cover) forms the pump's working chamber. Impellers, shafts, and rolling bearings are the rotors of the pump. Suspension bearing parts support the rotor part of the pump, which is subjected to the radial and axial forces of the pump.
4. In order to balance the axial force of the pump, most pump impellers are provided with sealing rings before and after the impeller, and balance holes are provided on the rear cover of the impeller. Because some pumps have little axial force, the back of the impeller is not sealed. Rings and balance holes.
5. The axial sealing ring of the pump is composed of packing gland, packing ring and packing to prevent air intake or large leakage. If the impeller of the pump is in balance, the cavity filled with soft packing communicates with the suction inlet of the impeller. If the liquid at the inlet of the impeller is in a vacuum state, it is easy to inhale along the surface of the sleeve, so the packing ring is installed in the packing cavity. The small hole in the pump cover leads the pressure water in the pump chamber to the packing ring for sealing. If the impeller of the pump does not have a balance hole, since the liquid pressure on the back of the impeller is greater than the atmospheric pressure, there is no problem of air leakage, so the packing ring may not be installed.
6. To avoid shaft wear, sleeve protection is provided at the shaft through the filling cavity. There is an O-ring between the sleeve and the shaft to prevent air intake or leakage along the mating surface.
7. The transmission mode of the pump is to lengthen the coupling of the elastic coupling with the motor. The rotation direction of the pump is seen from the driving end and is clockwise rotation.
