Vertical free-float trap works
CS11H-3NL / CS41H-3NL Vertical Free Float Trap has a simple structure with only a finely ground stainless steel hollow float. It is both a float and an opening and closing piece, with no wearing parts and a long service life. When the device is started, air and low temperature condensate will appear in the pipe. The bimetal automatically discharges the air component to push the ball away from the valve seat. The valve opens to remove the non-condensable gas, the low temperature condensate flows into the trap, the float rises and the condensate rapidly emission. The device quickly raise the temperature, the temperature inside the pipe rises to the saturation temperature, the bimetal automatically exhaust air components temperature variants straight; steam trap into normal operation, the float with the liquid level regulator valve hole flow; when the condensate to stop When entering, the float approaches the valve seat with the medium flow and closes the valve. Vertical free-float steam trap valve seat is always below the level to form a water seal, no steam leaks.
